By booking an appointment with HaileyJade, you agree to the policies below.
Appointments must be booked through the official HaileyJade booking system.
If a deposit or card on file is required when booking, the requirement will be shown before the appointment is confirmed.
Your appointment is not considered confirmed until all booking requirements shown during checkout have been completed.
Please make sure the phone number and email address used when booking are accurate so appointment confirmations and updates can reach you.
We understand that plans change.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment or an additional deposit before another appointment can be booked.
If an emergency or unusual circumstance comes up, please contact Hailey as soon as possible.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A few minutes late can reduce the amount of time available for your service.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on the remaining appointment time.
If the appointment can no longer be completed because of a late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply.
Please contact Hailey if you know you are running late.
An appointment is considered a no-show when a client does not arrive and does not contact Hailey before the appointment.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Clients who no-show may also be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.
Lash fills are intended to maintain an existing set of extensions.
The amount of natural lash growth and the number of extensions remaining will determine whether an appointment can be completed as a fill.
If too few extensions remain, additional time or a full set may be required.
Hailey will assess the lashes at the beginning of the appointment and recommend the appropriate service.
Please contact Hailey before booking if you are unsure whether you need a fill or a new full set.
If you currently have extensions applied by another lash artist, please contact Hailey before booking a fill.
The existing set may need to be evaluated before additional extensions can be applied.
Depending on the condition, styling, and application of the existing lashes, a removal and new full set may be recommended instead of a fill.
Please arrive with your lashes and eye area clean and free from:
Arriving with clean lashes allows more appointment time to be spent on your lash service.
If additional cleansing or removal is required, the available service time may be affected.
To keep the appointment environment comfortable and allow Hailey to give each client her full attention, please arrive without additional guests unless arrangements have been made in advance.
Children should not accompany clients to appointments unless Hailey has approved it beforehand.
If you have a special circumstance, contact Hailey before your appointment.
Because lash services involve time, labor, and products that cannot be returned once the service has been performed, completed services are non-refundable.
If you have a concern about your lashes, please contact Hailey as soon as possible.
Hailey wants clients to be happy with their experience and will review reasonable concerns individually.
Any adjustment, correction, or follow-up service will be determined based on the circumstances and condition of the lashes.

Lash retention varies from person to person.
Natural lash growth cycles, skincare products, makeup, lifestyle, aftercare, sleeping habits, environmental conditions, and other factors can affect how long extensions remain.
For this reason, HaileyJade cannot guarantee an exact number of days or weeks of retention.
Regular fills and proper aftercare are recommended to maintain the appearance of your lash set.

We would rather answer a question ahead of time than have you arrive unsure about what you booked.
