The artist behind the sets.
Hailey started lashes because she got tired of leaving appointments looking like everyone else. Every set here starts with your eye shape, not a size chart.
More About HaileyWhat it feels like to sit in the chair.
“She asked more questions about my eye shape in five minutes than any lash tech has in three years. It shows in the set.”
M. Ortiz — Volume Set “First set that didn't feel heavy by day three. I forget they're not mine until I see photos.”
R. Chen — Hybrid Set “The consultation alone was worth it. She talked me out of what I asked for and into what actually suited me.”

Questions, answered.
How long does an appointment take?
Most first sets run 1.5–2.5 hours depending on the style. Fills are typically an hour. You'll get an exact window when you book.
How long do lash extensions last?
Individual lashes shed on their natural cycle, so full sets generally hold for 2–3 weeks before needing a fill.
When should I book a fill?
Every 2–3 weeks keeps a set looking full and intentional. Waiting longer usually means a new full set instead of a fill.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean lashes — no mascara, oil-based makeup, or skincare near the eyes. Contacts out is easiest if you wear them.
